Jordan recorded 26 deaths and 4,770 new coronavirus cases Friday, bringing the total number of cases since the beginning of the crisis to 968,425.

The death toll has risen to 11,687.

A total 191 cases have been admitted to the hospitals, and 158 have been discharged upon recovery.

There are 1,144 patients receiving treatment in hospitals.

There are a total of 59,010 active COVID-19 cases.

A total of 49,421 PCR tests were conducted.

Friday, 9.65 percent of PCR tests came back positive in comparison to 9.14 percent Thursday.
